Construction conditions
1.The packaging of WD8602 is suitable for various gluing equipment.
2.Recommended melt adhesive/glue application temperature: about 130-150 ℃.
3.Recommended for use in environments with room temperature above 30 ℃.
Instructions
1.The surface of the substrate is free of pollutants such as oil and dust, ensuring a clean and dry surface.
2.WD8602 should not be mixed with other grades of hot melt adhesive. After the production equipment is used up, special cleaning agents should be used for cleaning.
3.If the hot melt adhesive cannot be used up at once, it should be strictly sealed for the next use.
4.In order to achieve complete curing, it is best to place the product that has completed the process operation in a suitable working environment with appropriate temperature and humidity (the most suitable curing conditions - temperature: 23-25 ℃, relative humidity of about 65%).
1.The chemical properties of the product are lively and easily react with water, causing an increase in viscosity. Therefore, during storage, it is necessary to ensure that the container is strictly dry and sealed, and filled with dry nitrogen for protection. Once opened, it is recommended to use it up as soon as possible.
2.The moisture in the air and humid environment can cause the product to solidify, and the solidified product cannot be used, otherwise it will damage the equipment.
3.The recommended storage temperature for the product is 0-38 ℃
4.From the date of leaving the factory, the storage period of this product is 9 months under the prescribed storage conditions.
