Construction conditions
1.Recommended melt adhesive temperature: 120-150 ℃.
2.Recommended rubber roller temperature: 120-150 ℃.
1. Before use, it is necessary to read the safety instructions of the product to understand the protective measures and safety guidelines. Meanwhile, for chemical products exempted from mandatory labeling, relevant protective measures also need to be observed. Please refer to local safety instructions for analysis support.
2. Because this product will solidify when exposed to moisture, it must be stored and applied in a dry environment. For the same reason, the product is delivered in a sealed container.
3. Cleaning: Regular maintenance or switching to other adhesives can reduce the accumulation of adhesive residue inside the hot melt adhesive. Especially for equipment exposed to the air, such as rollers and scrapers, it is recommended to use cleaning wax to thoroughly wash at the end of production or at any time when there is accumulated colloid or gel. If PUR hot melt adhesive solidifies, it can only be softened by removing suitable solvents such as N-ethylpyrrolidone (NEP) and then using a non wear-resistant scraper. Please strictly follow the instructions of the machine manufacturer.
4. This product contains diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Even if the product is applied within the recommended working temperature range, it has detectable diisocyanate vapor pressure present. When the operating temperature significantly exceeds the recommended working temperature, there is a risk of hazardous decomposition products forming. Therefore, measures need to be taken, such as through exhaust ventilation equipment. If the hot melt adhesive comes into contact with the skin, do not simply peel off the adhesive on the skin. It is recommended to store in a cool and dry environment, and the shelf life can be 12 months if the original packaging is not damaged. If the packaging has already been opened, please use it as soon as possible.
From the date of leaving the factory, the storage period of this product is 12 months under the prescribed storage conditions.
