CFT Asia 2026 is one of the largest and most influential textile exhibitions in Pakistan. Organized by the Ministry of Textile Industry of Pakistan together with leading industry organizations, the exhibition is strongly supported by the Government of Punjab, the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), the Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association, the Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association, the Pakistan Bedwear Exporters Association, and many other trade organizations.

Held concurrently with Textile Asia 2026, the exhibition attracts exhibitors and professional buyers from Pakistan, China, Turkey, Europe, the Middle East and South Asia, providing an important business platform for companies seeking opportunities in the Pakistani and regional textile markets.

The exhibition covers the entire textile value chain, including fabrics, functional laminated textiles, textile raw materials, yarns, home textiles, garment accessories, leather materials, dyeing and finishing technologies, as well as textile machinery and equipment. It serves as an efficient platform for manufacturers, suppliers and buyers to establish business partnerships and explore new market opportunities.

Pakistan is one of the world’s leading textile manufacturing and exporting countries. The textile industry contributes approximately 46% of the country’s manufacturing output, around 60% of export earnings, and about 8.5% of the national GDP, employing more than 15 million people. Punjab Province, where Lahore is located, is home to over 60% of Pakistan’s textile enterprises and forms the country’s largest textile manufacturing cluster together with Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Multan. Therefore, the exhibition is regarded as one of the most important industry events in South Asia.

During the exhibition, Kangda Group (Liri Company) showcased its latest hot melt adhesive solutions for textile lamination and footwear manufacturing, attracting significant attention from textile manufacturers, laminating companies, footwear producers and trading companies.

Featured Products

1. Moisture Curing Reactive Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive (PUR) for Textile Flat Lamination

Kangda’s moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive is specially designed for textile flat lamination applications. It is suitable for laminating fabrics with functional films such as TPU, PTFE and PU membranes, as well as fabric-to-fabric, fabric-to-foam, fabric-to-sponge and fabric-to-leather bonding.

The product offers excellent initial bonding strength, superior washing resistance, outstanding heat and hydrolysis resistance, excellent flexibility and low VOC emissions. It is widely applicable in outdoor apparel, protective clothing, functional garments, automotive interiors, luggage, footwear materials and home textiles.

Driven by the increasing demand for high-value-added textile products, Pakistan’s textile industry is rapidly expanding into functional fabrics, waterproof and breathable textiles, and premium home textile products. More manufacturers are replacing conventional solvent-based adhesives with environmentally friendly PUR hot melt adhesives to improve product quality while meeting increasingly stringent environmental standards required by European and North American markets.

At present, PUR hot melt adhesives are mainly used by export-oriented laminated fabric manufacturers and premium garment producers in Pakistan. With the continuous upgrading of the textile industry, the market still offers considerable growth potential.

2. Polyester / Polyamide / EVA Hot Melt Adhesives for Footwear Manufacturing

Kangda Group also presented its polyester, polyamide and EVA hot melt adhesive series designed for safety shoes, sports shoes, leather shoes and military footwear. These products are widely used in toe puff bonding, heel counter fixing, edge folding, upper reinforcement, lining lamination and various shoe assembly processes. They feature excellent bonding strength, high heat resistance, stable open time and high production efficiency, making them suitable for modern automated footwear manufacturing.

Pakistan has become an important footwear manufacturing base in South Asia, particularly for leather footwear, safety footwear and military boots. With the increasing number of OEM orders from international brands, more manufacturers are adopting hot melt adhesive technologies to replace traditional solvent-based adhesives, improving both production efficiency and environmental performance.

Although polyester, polyamide and EVA hot melt adhesives are already widely used in medium- and high-end footwear manufacturing, the market is still largely dominated by international brands, creating significant opportunities for high-quality Chinese adhesive suppliers.

Market Analysis and Key Customer Opportunities

During the exhibition, Kangda Group (Liri Company) met with numerous leading textile and footwear manufacturers, including Nishat Mills, Interloop, Sapphire Textile Mills, Gul Ahmed Textile Mills, Masood Textile Mills, Mahmood Textile Mills, Kohinoor Textile Mills, Soorty Enterprises, Style Textile and ChenOne, as well as major footwear manufacturers such as Servis Group, Bata Pakistan, Firhaj Footwear, Urban Sole, Style Shoes and Forward Sports.

These companies expressed strong interest in PUR hot melt adhesives for laminated fabrics, waterproof functional apparel, home textiles and automotive interior applications. They also showed considerable interest in Kangda’s polyester, polyamide and EVA hot melt adhesive solutions for safety shoes, sports footwear and leather footwear production.

Based on discussions with customers during the exhibition, the following market development strategies are recommended:

Focus on export-oriented laminated fabric manufacturers and functional textile producers in major textile clusters such as Faisalabad, Lahore and Gujranwala, promoting environmentally friendly PUR hot melt adhesives as replacements for conventional solvent-based adhesives.
Expand cooperation with manufacturers of safety shoes, sports shoes and military footwear by providing adhesive application trials, process optimization and technical support, thereby improving customer confidence in high-performance Chinese hot melt adhesives.
Establish a local distribution and technical service network capable of providing product testing, equipment adjustment, process training and after-sales support to accelerate customer adoption.
Continue participating in major textile, footwear and industrial materials exhibitions in Pakistan while strengthening cooperation with local industry associations, distributors and key manufacturers to further expand Kangda’s presence in the South Asian market.

Conclusion

CFT Asia 2026 concluded successfully, providing Kangda Group with an excellent opportunity to strengthen its brand recognition in Pakistan and the South Asian market. Through in-depth communication with leading local manufacturers and industry professionals, the exhibition laid a solid foundation for the promotion of Kangda’s PUR hot melt adhesives for textile lamination and polyester, polyamide and EVA hot melt adhesives for footwear manufacturing.

Looking ahead, Kangda Group will continue to focus on customer-oriented innovation, delivering high-quality, environmentally friendly and reliable hot melt adhesive solutions to the global textile, footwear and industrial manufacturing industries.

We sincerely welcome customers and partners worldwide to learn more about our products and technologies, and look forward to establishing long-term cooperation for mutual growth and sustainable development.
